FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE: Tuesday, October 10 (2:59pm) Must be RECEIVED by deadline! $160 per school, $85 per gender team.
NO INDIVIDUAL OPTION FOR 2018 & BEYOND. There is a 5$ PayPal Fee.

Teams that enter, and do not pay, will be charged a late fee and will not be allowed in this years event or in upcoming SCTCCCA events (XC/TF) until previous balances are paid in full. NOTE: The online payment option is NOW available. Schools can also send CHECKS to:

Varsity Races (ALL): Top 20 Individuals and Top 3 Teams
JV Girls: Top 20 Individuals and Top 3 Teams
JV Boys (both races): Top 15 Individuals and Top 2 Teams,
2 Mile: Top 10 boys and top 10 girls
PARKING (all cars) No parking fee will be charged this year- there will be a $5 admission for ALL INDIVIDUALS at the gate! LET PARENTS KNOW!
TEAM SET-UP Only in designated areas! NO ATHLETES in private areas or in non-race-affiliated areas!
BATHROOMS Port-o-johns will be available.
